Develop custom CRM, Customer Support systems, and a Customer Portal (both web and mobile applications), for a cutting-edge travel-tech startup, to serve thousands of travel agents and back office teams efficiently. Design and architect scalable and reliable software solutions. Ensure the integration of various data providers and third-party APIs (SABRE, RingCentral, Twilio). Utilize AWS services (PostgreSQL RDS, Lambda, SQS, Transcribe, Cognito, S3, AWS CDK) for cloud-based infrastructure and deployment. Maintain a strong focus on UI/UX to ensure an efficient and intuitive user experience for travel agents and clients. May telecommute from the continental US.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field + at least two years of previous experience as a Senior Developer in the travel-tech industry, including AWS and cloud development.

Salary – $165,000/year
